Membership
As a non-profit organization, we are always grateful of your generous contributions that help us serve our community with free and affordable programs and events. Members help fund our Art Gallery exhibits and receptions, the maintenance of our Garza Library and of our Vasquez Mexican American Culture Museum, and the continued expansion or addition of programs that benefit the community.

Amigas de Centro
The Amigas de Centro (Friends of Centro) is a membership available exclusively for women. An Amiga makes a monetary pledge to Centro for three years. These pledges fund our staff, our day to day operations, and our special events. Join the many women that support Centro and its purpose in cultivating a better understanding and appreciation of our heritage and our diversity!
Amiga Perks:
- Free use of a Centro room for a personal gathering (i.e. birthday party, baby shower, etc.) once per year with advanced scheduling
- 10% off purchases from our Tiendita items
- A special invitation to the Annual Amigas Christmas Social
Annual Pledge Amount Options:
- $100 (total 3-year pledge amount: $300)
- $250 (total 3-year pledge amount: $750)
- $500 (total 3-year pledge amount: $1500)
- $1000 (total 3-year pledge amount: $3000)
Annual pledge amounts can be paid in full or in quarterly payments. These contributions are tax deductible. To join, please pick up and submit a pledge form to our office.
Caballeros de Centro
The Caballeros de Centro (Gentlemen of Centro) is a membership available exclusively for men. A Caballero makes a monetary pledge to Centro for a commitment of one year. These pledges fund our staff, day to day operations, and our special events. Join the many men that support Centro and its purpose in cultivating a better understanding and appreciation of our heritage and our diversity!
